Dogs Pee on Poles or Car Tyres only, Why?
We often see this happening, street side, on parked cars, etc.
Our eyes are used to see me.
Dogs mark their territory, when they pee on poles and car tyres.
It shows this is their way to contact their other companions.
When a dog urinates on pole/tyre, they pass information, which is given to other dogs when they smell it.
Dogs prefer to pee on vertical surfaces as compared to horizontal ones.
The lower part of the pole and tyre is easily reachable to their noses.
The smell of dog urine remains on the rubber tyre for longer time.
Hence, they leave their mark at the level of the nose of other dogs.
